If you wish to join FAN, please first review the Criteria and Benefits document. Then fill out the online form below (payment available by PayPal) or mail in the printable Membership Application with cheque.

If you wish to join online, please fill out the membership form below.

Once this has been filled out and submitted, please pay online via PayPal, when prompted by the online form. 

$50.00   Annual Active Membership (renewable Dec. 31)

$25.00   One time rate for new members joining after June 30

$50.00   Alumni Membership (for former FAN members only)

The biography and images, as requested on the membership form, will be published in an upcoming newsletter as a way of introducing you to the membership.

You will be sent a receipt and information on how to post to the Fibre Art Network Google Group. The password that you created will allow you to access the Members Only section of the website.

You will also receive 10 issues of the FAN Newsletter annually. Newsletter notifications are sent via email and all issues are available in the Members area once you log in to the website. 

Membership cards are not issued. Retain your receipt as proof of membership.
